Polka. The name doesn't inspire a lot beyond bemusement. But at this point, that's one way to summarize his personality. We considered a few other names. The first one that really stuck with us was "Ribbit". It isn't easy to convey, but they way he hops around could easily show why it's not that inappropriate a name. There were other names, but it was solidified when Sarah came home having registered him with another name but kept calling him "Polka". That was it, the name was set.
